APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRMAN AND BOARD MEMBER OF GRC GROUP

Triple Private Equity is pleased to announce that Flemming Breinholt and Andrew Weir have been appointed Chairman and Board Member, respectively, of its GRC group comprising the three Danish companies; RISMA Systems, ComplyCloud and Wired Relations.

Flemming has +25 years of extensive C-suite leadership experience from Scandinavian companies, including Karnov Group, InterMail and XPonCard Group, covering more than 40 markets and fronting start-ups, turnarounds, accelerated growth phases, outsourcing, establishment of new alliances and divestments of activities in his previous positions. Today, Flemming is an active board member across a number of companies.

Andrew has spent +30 years as a CTO and Senior Technologist in a range of businesses, including within Private Equity at Hg Capital as well as in Global Investment Banks (Deutsche Bank, UBS and HSBC) and Energy Trading firms (BP), and has worked as an advisor to many software-focused PE portfolio companies. He is also part of the Triple Private Equity network and one of our external advisors.

The two appointments further strengthen the board leadership of the group and emphasise Triple Private Equity’s wide and trusted talent network and focus on leading Talent in our portfolio companies.
