TRIPLE FINALISES ACQUISITIONS OF RISMA, COMPLYCLOUD AND WIRED RELATIONS

Triple Private Equity has finalised its acquisitions of the three Danish companies; RISMA Systems, ComplyCloud and Wired Relations.

The combined group will offer a comprehensive product suite across data privacy, information security, risk management, and compliance, with an integrated end-to-end GRC platform rooted in GDPR and InfoSec.

The acquisitions represent the third investment made by Triple’s inaugural fund, which invests in mission-critical B2B software and data across Financial Infrastructure and Risk and Compliance.

Triple is excited to continue the collaboration with the three teams to form a leading Nordic platform within Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
