SMARTSEARCH - CFO APPOINTMENT

SmartSearch, a Triple portfolio company and a leading provider of digital compliance and anti-financial crime software, has announced the appointment of Jo Jones as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Jo will work closely together with the SmartSearch leadership team led by CEO Phil Cotter to continue the company’s strong financial performance and play a key role in delivering on the growth ambitions in SmartSearch.

Jo brings a wealth of expertise having spent 20+ years as a senior finance leader and CFO, with experience in both private equity-backed and publicly listed businesses; most recently at IVC Evidensia and Ideagen. In addition, she has significant expertise in the Risk and Compliance space, having spent 10+ years in senior finance roles at Experian, one of the leading credit bureaus, where she worked closely with Phil Cotter – emphasising Triple’s wide and trusted talent network and focus on working with businesses with top leadership Talent.
