TRIPLE PARTNERING WITH bloss.m ON bInspired MENTORSHIP PROGRAMME

Triple has partnered with bloss.m as part of their bInspired mentoring programme in which young women aged 17-25 are paired with female mentors from leading companies in a 6-month mentorship programme to provide them with technical expertise, an understanding of careers in Private Equity and enhance essential soft skills for professional success.

As part of our mentorship programme, this month, our UK office hosted our three bloss.m mentees Ife Akanmu, Aisling Sexton and Grace Erhabor in a workshop on 'How to approach a Private Equity deal' presented by our colleagues Shivani and Annalisa.

According to Ife: 'The major highlight for me was the case study where we had to decide, based on Triple’s criteria and the learnings from the workshop, whether to invest in a certain company. It was a good way to collaborate and put into practice some of the knowledge from the workshop. Additionally, we went through the process of approaching deals, looking at the metrics, due diligence, and the documents required at each stage'.
