SMARTSEARCH - CPO APPOINTMENT

SmartSearch, a Triple portfolio company and a leading provider of digital compliance and anti-financial crime software, has announced the appointment of Alex Miell as Chief People Officer (CPO).

Alex will work together with the SmartSearch leadership team led by CEO Phil Cotter and contribute to fostering and advancing high-performing talent development strategies.

Alex brings +15 years of experience from senior People, Culture and HR roles within digital, SaaS, fintech, financial and professional services, including NorthStandard, MoneySuperMarket.com and Pearson VUE. In these roles, he has focused on people experience, engagement, talent, culture, organic and inorganic growth as well as leading change management and business transformation.
